Michael Jackson Rapes Woman After Discovering Her Drink Had Been Spiked

Michael Jackson, 31, sneaked into the woman's chalet in Pontins, a holiday resort,  and raped her after discovering her drink had been spiked.

Liverpool Crown Court heard how the woman was unconscious during part of the attack but had flashbacks afterwards and confronted her attacker.

Jackson was jailed for 11 years yesterday, after he pleaded guilty to the crime last Thursday.

The court heard how when the victim woke up she realised she had been sexually assaulted and had a flashback to Jackson asking her, ‘Are you ready for Round 2?’

Judge Norman Wright told him: “She will never know what happened during Round 1 or Round 2.”

The woman had gone to Pontins which was hosting a Caribbean weekend, on April 12, 2014, and returned to her chalet with her female friend and another man, who knew Jackson.

The man poured her some wine, Judge Wright said, before he made a pass at her, which she rejected.

The victim told him she was going to bed, locking the door from the inside, the court was told.

But the man ‘covertly took the chalet key’ after spiking the drink ‘taking the key and intending to return when the drug had taken effect.’

But instead of him targeting the victim it was Jackson who entered the chalet and attacked her.

After the rape, the woman found Jackson in the park and confronted him about what happened, to which he apologised and said, ‘I thought you wanted it’, claiming the victim had been drunk,
