Police IG's Son Jamil Abubakar Survives IRS Airline Crash In Niger Republic

An aircraft belonging to IRS Airlines, owned by Kano business mogul Alhaji Isiaku Rabiu, yesterday 10th May 2014 crash- landed at Niger Republic. The incident is reported to have occurred around 7: 30pm in the evening. The Aircraft is believed to be on its way back to Nigeria from a C-Check.
Two occupants of the plane, the pilot and the co pilot survived the crash. The co pilot is Capt Jamil Abubakar, the first son of IGP MD Abubakar, the current Inspector General Nigeria Police Force.

Captain Jamil has today tweeted about the crash today thanking everyone, adding:  "Life is the hands of God".
