PHOTO: Does Dencia Want To Get Money From Oprah Winfrey Network?
A renowned Afro pop singer and skin bleaching supporter, Dencia, is currently in negotiations with Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN).
The network allegedly wants to interview her for a new documentary film titled "Light Girls".
