HOW TO PREPARE WATERMELON AND CUCUMBER SMOOTHIE

 


INGREDIENT

2-3 cubes of ice
3-4 cubed, de-seeded watermelon

1/2 large cucumber
Juice from 1/2 of a lemon


DIRECTIONS

Chop cucumber into small bits

Chop watermelon and remove seeds

In a blender put cucumber, watermelon, lemon juice and ice cube blend until smooth

Sieve for extra smoothie
